Gronwert automation division is professional in design, program and commission an automation system that utilizes industrial PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers), PACs (Programmable Automation Controllers), motion controllers and user interfaces (SCADA and HMI) to meet the customer needs & improve the efficiency, reliability, and productivity of industrial processes.
- Control Systems: Understanding of various control systems such as programmable logic controllers (PLCs), distributed control systems (DCS), supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA), and human-machine interfaces (HMIs).
- Electrical Engineering: Knowledge of electrical circuits and components, including motors, sensors, relays, switches, and power distribution.
- Mechanical Engineering: Understanding of mechanical systems , such as actuators, pneumatics, hydraulics, and robotics.
- Programming: Proficiency in programming languages used in industrial automation such as ladder logic, function block diagrams, structured text.
- Process Optimization: Ability to analyse production processes and optimize them for efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Safety and Compliance: Well aware of safety standards and regulations related to industrial automation, such as OSHA, ANSI, and IEC.
- Integration and Networking: Understanding of communication protocols and networking technologies used in industrial automation, including Ethernet/IP, Modbus, and OPC etc.
- Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Ability to diagnose and repair problems in automated systems, as well as perform routine maintenance and upgrades.
- Providing training and support to operators, maintenance personnel, and other stakeholders.
- Innovation: Keeping up with emerging technologies and trends in industrial automation, and adapting to new techniques, tools, and strategies.
